Replace housing when you have multiple cracked panels, severe cosmetic damage, or broken structural mounts that affect laptop operation.
Most Laptop Housing Replacement jobs are completed within 2-4 hours. Complex repairs may take 24-48 hours depending on parts availability and extent of damage.
Yes, all our Laptop Housing Replacement services come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and workmanship. We use genuine OEM parts for lasting results.
Xigox handles Apple MacBook Laptop Housing Replacement for all major brands in Saphale Station, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Free pickup also available in Saphale Market, Kudan, Boisar East and surrounding areas.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Saphale Station. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Free pickup also available in Saphale Market, Kudan, Boisar East and surrounding areas.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Laptop Housing Replacement in Saphale Station: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Saphale Station. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Saphale Station Road in Saphale Station are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Saphale Market, Kudan, Boisar East, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Saphale Station. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Housing Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, broken clips, or missing sections on the outer casing.
- A panel that no longer sits flush, creating gaps or pressure points.
- Sharp edges from a break that pose a cut risk during normal handling.
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
