Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Vidyavihar East's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. We actively serve the entire 400077 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook IC Replacement Service in Vidyavihar East — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook IC Replacement Service is complete.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Customers from Vidyavihar East with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. By trusting us for the repair in Vidyavihar East, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.
All this issue performed by Xigox in Vidyavihar East comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.

Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Vidyavihar East are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Vidyavihar East, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Vidyavihar East.
Following a professional repair in Vidyavihar East, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed.
