Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Uttan's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Uttan. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade you need in Uttan, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade — parts and labour both.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Following a professional issue in Uttan, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Uttan to document the improvement.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Uttan is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Uttan rely on our issue to keep operations running.
