10 questions answered

Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.

You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Pali Hill (400050) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Pali Hill. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We also serve Bandra, Linking Road, Bandra West, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We also serve Bandra, Linking Road, Bandra West, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Laptop Password Reset work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Pali Hill (400050) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Pali Hill, even when the answer means we do not get the job. We also serve Bandra, Linking Road, Bandra West, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.

Apple MacBook Repair in Pali Hill — Xigox
Most Pali Hill repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Carter Road, our service coverage extends across Pali Hill and all surrounding localities. In addition to Pali Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra, Linking Road, Bandra West and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Pali Hill; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Password Reset
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a reset rather than a hardware repair, our technicians check whether this is an OS login password or a separate BIOS/firmware password — the two need completely different reset procedures — before proceeding.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Proof of ownership, since we don't reset passwords on a device without reasonable confirmation it's yours — this protects you as much as anyone else.
- Clarity on which password is locked out (OS login vs. BIOS/firmware), since the fix differs entirely.
3 When You Need This
- You're locked out of your own device and the usual recovery options (another admin account, recovery email) aren't available.
- A device was bought secondhand with an existing password/lock still set by the previous owner (ownership verification required).
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
