Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kelve Road repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401402 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Kelve Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kelve Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kelwa Village, Mahim Beach, Saphale and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Kelve Road. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, our technicians benchmark before and after each fix step (clearing startup bloat, checking drive health, verifying RAM, checking temperatures) so you can see which specific change actually moved the needle, rather than a vague "it should be faster now."
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple MacBook Laptop Performance Upgrade in Kelve Road: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: accurate quotes, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Kelve Road customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing."
