Located near Global City Road, our service coverage extends across Global City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Global City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vasant Nagari, Yashwant Smruti, Agashi Beach and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Global City. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians test for charging while gently flexing the cable at the port (a quick way to reveal a loose internal connection), then open the chassis to inspect and repair or replace the jack itself, reinforcing the solder joints to the motherboard where that was the original failure point.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Global City, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. For Apple MacBook Power Button Not Working Repair in Global City specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Power Button Not Working Repair.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this job — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Global City are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Longevity matters for this repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Arranging this job in Global City is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue.
