Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Wadala Road return to Xigox.
