Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Malabar Hill. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers across Malabar Hill (400006) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Windows Not Starting in Malabar Hill: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Malabar Hill. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Free pickup also available in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and surrounding areas.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Malabar Hill (400006) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Malabar Hill. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Malabar Hill (400006) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Windows Not Starting work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and surrounding areas.

How it's done
How We Perform Windows Not Starting
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Testing with a known-good, correctly-rated charger before concluding the fault is internal.
- A multimeter check of the charging port's voltage output under load, not just a visual inspection.
3 When You Need This
- The device won't turn on at all, with no lights, fans, or sounds of any kind.
- It only charges or powers on at a specific cable angle, or not at all even with a known-good charger.
- The charging light doesn't illuminate despite the charger being correctly plugged in.
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
