10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Bordi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401701 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Bordi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bordi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bordi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Laptop Work From Home Repair more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Bordi, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Laptop Work From Home Repair for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Businesses across Bordi trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Bordi workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Bordi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Premium issue shouldn't break the bank in Bordi. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your Apple, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for this issue in Bordi now.
Traveling across town in Bordi is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Apple from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Many Bordi customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
All the repair performed by Xigox in Bordi comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Is your deadline today? We provide rush the repair in Bordi for urgent situations. Whether you have an important client meeting and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service guarantees completion within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Bordi. Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Bordi customers choose Xigox again and again.
