Our bench covers 8 distinct Apple series. That matters for Laptop Optical Drive Repair, because a iMac and a Mac are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Laptop Optical Drive Repair in Film City. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple Laptop Optical Drive Repair more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Film City, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple Laptop Optical Drive Repair for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Traveling across town in Film City takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Apple from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Film City. We plan this issue for rapid turnaround. For most issues, our technicians finish the issue within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Film City home or office, perform the issue using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Film City, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Film City.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for the repair — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Film City are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Film City customers choose Xigox again and again.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Film City is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Many Film City customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Don't let a broken Apple slow you down in Film City. Call Xigox right now to schedule your Apple Laptop Optical Drive Repair. With our 90-day warranty and upfront pricing, your Apple is in safe hands. Schedule your free pickup in Film City online now.
