Xigox is Papdy's leading independent specialist for Apple Laptop repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401207 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Creek, our service coverage extends across Papdy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Papdy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaul Heritage City, Navghar Vasai, Vasai Gaon and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Papdy; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple Laptop.

Our bench covers 8 distinct Apple series. That matters for Laptop Screen Repair, because a iMac and a Mac are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Laptop Screen Repair in Papdy. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Worth knowing for this repair: Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
