If you are looking for Apple Laptop repair in Wadala that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400031 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sewri, our service coverage extends across Wadala and all surrounding localities. In addition to Wadala, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Antop Hill, Wadala Road, King Circle and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Wadala; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Our bench covers 8 distinct Apple series. That matters for Laptop Software Update, because a iMac and a Mac are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Laptop Software Update in Wadala. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Wadala, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. When it's Apple Laptop Software Update you need in Wadala, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple Laptop Software Update — parts and labour both.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Wadala? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Wadala address fully tested.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Wadala are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Wadala is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Need your Apple fixed urgently? Xigox offers emergency this issue in Wadala for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Apple just crashed, our emergency service moves your Apple to the front of the line, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Wadala. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Wadala trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Not everyone in Wadala can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Wadala clients.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Wadala comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Wadala, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Wadala.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Wadala customers choose Xigox again and again.
