Who repairs your device
Your ASUS ROG Strix GT35 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
