How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Fixing individual keycaps are often possible in under 60 minutes — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for ASUS Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Boisar — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the ASUS Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix is complete.
