Product lines
Xigox keeps ASUS parts and service documentation for 10 ASUS series, so Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix on a ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Pelhar Road. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.
The Asus VivoBook is Asus's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at an accessible price, Asus's answer to Dell Inspiron and Lenovo IdeaPad.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.
Worth knowing for this repair: Thinner profile than VivoBook often means more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. ASUS keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. For ASUS Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Pelhar Road specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed ASUS Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix.
