Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for ASUS ROG repair in Vasai East that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent ASUS bench since 2011, and our technicians work on ASUS boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your ASUS ROG — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401209 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A broken hinge, stiff lid connector, or trackpad registering phantom clicks on your ASUS needs careful disassembly to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery. That's the standard Xigox holds for ASUS ROG Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Vasai East — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the ASUS ROG Laptop Keyboard Not Working is complete.
Accidentally spilled liquid on your ASUS? Liquid damage ranks among the top causes for emergency repair in Vasai East. The most important step: keep the ASUS powered off! Contact Xigox right away. Our repair bench is equipped with ultrasonic cleaners to extract moisture at the component level. Our success rate is among the highest in the industry. In Vasai East, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished job — parts and labour both.
Following a professional repair in Vasai East, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Vasai East to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Vasai East, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Vasai East.
Your repair doesn't end when the ASUS is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual within 90 days of your repair, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Vasai East customers choose Xigox again and again.
Each job performed by Xigox in Vasai East comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.

The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Arranging this repair in Vasai East is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue.
