Who repairs your device
Your ASUS TUF is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Null Bazaar repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS TUF architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for ASUS TUF models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammed Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Null Bazaar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Null Bazaar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhendi Bazaar, Bhuleshwar, Mohammed Ali Road and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS TUF gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Null Bazaar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your ASUS TUF does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A black screen, flickering display, or visible cracks on your ASUS — these are the signs you need ASUS TUF Laptop Screen Backlight Failure Repair in Null Bazaar. Instead of replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox performs targeted panel replacement — at a fraction of a full assembly replacement. All panels undergoes dead-pixel testing, backlight calibration, and touch verification before delivery.
