10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Majiwada repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Precision 3660 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Dell component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Dell Precision 3660 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Eastern Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Majiwada and all surrounding localities. In addition to Majiwada, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Balkum, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Precision 3660 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Majiwada; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Dell work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Dell Precision 3660 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Office desktops and workstations in Majiwada need fast turnaround on Dell Precision 3660 CD/DVD Drive Repair. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Majiwada: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Dell. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
All the repair performed by Xigox in Majiwada comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Following a professional issue in Majiwada, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Majiwada to document the improvement.
High-quality repair doesn't have to be expensive in Majiwada. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Dell, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for the repair in Majiwada today.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Dell is returned in Majiwada, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Majiwada.
Businesses across Majiwada trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Majiwada workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Not everyone in Majiwada can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Dell hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Majiwada clients.
