Most Bandra East repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell XPS 8960 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Dell XPS 8960 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400051 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mount Mary, our service coverage extends across Bandra East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bandra East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kherwadi, BKC, Sion West and other nearby areas.
How your Dell XPS 8960 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bandra East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Dell XPS 8960 is Dell's premium consumer desktop tower, offering stronger components and build quality than Inspiron desktops while remaining more accessible than the Precision workstation line.
