If you are looking for Dell XPS 8960 repair in Girgaon that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Dell bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Dell boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
We stock genuine Dell parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Dell XPS 8960 fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Dell XPS 8960 is Dell's premium consumer desktop tower, offering stronger components and build quality than Inspiron desktops while remaining more accessible than the Precision workstation line.
