Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
RAM installation typically takes 15-45 minutes including compatibility check and testing.
We accept all major payment methods for Dell Alienware Laptop Business RAM Upgrade in Dahisar West: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers across Dahisar West (400068) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Dahisar West. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers across Dahisar West (400068) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 400068 postal area in Dahisar West.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Dahisar West. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Anand Nagar in Dahisar West are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 400068 postal area in Dahisar West.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Dell Alienware Laptop Business RAM Upgrade work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Dahisar West, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Anand Nagar in Dahisar West are covered by our free pickup.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Dahisar West, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. We've been serving Mumbai Suburban district for over 15 years.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during Dell Alienware Laptop Business RAM Upgrade is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired laptop so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Customers across Dahisar West (400068) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.

Dell Alienware Repair in Dahisar West — Xigox
If you are looking for Dell Alienware repair in Dahisar West that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Dell bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Dell boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. Parts for Dell Alienware models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Business RAM Upgrade
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we run a memory diagnostic pass (testing each stick individually when more than one is installed) to confirm whether the fault is a bad module, a loose seating, or a slot-level issue, then fit correctly-specced modules and re-run the test to confirm stability.
Typical time: 15–30 minutes
2 What This Requires
- RAM modules matched to your motherboard's supported type (DDR4/DDR5), speed, and maximum per-slot capacity.
- A full memory diagnostic pass (not just "it boots fine") before and after the work, since marginal RAM faults can pass a quick boot test and still cause random crashes later.
3 When You Need This
- Frequent blue screens or random restarts, especially under multitasking or heavier workloads.
- The system reports less RAM installed than you know is fitted (a sign of a dead or unseated module).
- Performance feels sluggish specifically when many apps/tabs are open at once, improving when you close them — a classic insufficient-RAM symptom.
The model
About the Dell Alienware
The Dell Alienware is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Key features
- Distinctive industrial design with customizable RGB lighting (AlienFX) across the chassis.
- High-refresh-rate displays (144Hz-360Hz depending on model) genuinely matter for competitive gaming.
- Aggressive, often multi-fan cooling solutions — dust buildup has a more noticeable performance impact than on thinner, less powerful laptops.
- Proprietary charging connectors on some models — always confirm the exact connector before ordering a replacement adapter.
