Most Colaba repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Dell parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Laptop fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Xigox keeps Dell parts and service documentation for 7 Dell series, so Laptop Battery Replacement on a Alienware, Inspiron, Latitude and OptiPlex machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in Alienware, Inspiron, Latitude and OptiPlex, along with Precision, Vostro and XPS units for Laptop Battery Replacement in Colaba. Specific Dell models on our current service list include Dell Alienware, Dell Inspiron, Dell Latitude and Dell Vostro. If your Dell model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Dell Latitude is Dell's business laptop line — designed for corporate IT fleets, with an emphasis on durability, serviceability, and manageability over the Inspiron's consumer focus. MIL-STD-810G durability testing is common across the range.
Worth knowing for this repair: Designed for easier field serviceability than Dell's consumer lines — battery and storage are typically more accessible.
The Dell Vostro is Dell's small-business laptop/desktop line — positioned between the consumer Inspiron and the enterprise Latitude/OptiPlex lines, aimed at small businesses that want manageability without full enterprise IT overhead.
The Dell XPS is Dell's premium consumer laptop line — the flagship competing directly with the MacBook Pro, with a machined aluminum chassis, InfinityEdge display, and genuinely premium build quality.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A Dell battery loses significant capacity after 500–800 charge cycles. In Colaba, Xigox's Dell Laptop Battery Replacement gives your Dell a second life: genuine-equivalent cells, quick turnaround, and a verified capacity check to confirm you get the rated battery life.

Common software causes include: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Colaba trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Dell is returned in Colaba, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Colaba.
