FAQ
FAQs — Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue in Sion East
Everything you need to know before booking your service
10 questions answered
Troubleshooting 30-60 minutes. Network setup 2-4 hours. Enterprise setups 1-2 days.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Sion, Sion West, Dharavi, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Sion East. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Free pickup also available in Sion, Sion West, Dharavi and surrounding areas.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Mumbai Suburban district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Sion East, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Sion, Sion West, Dharavi and surrounding areas.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Sion East, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Customers across Sion East (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired laptop so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Customers near Pratiksha Nagar in Sion East are covered by our free pickup.
The cost of Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue in Sion East depends on your laptop or computer model and the extent of damage. Xigox charges ₹350 for inspection — refunded if you proceed with the repair — you'll receive a transparent, written quote with no hidden charges. Most standard Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue jobs start from ₹499. Call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for an instant estimate. Customers across Sion East (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Most Fujitsu Laptop Network Issue jobs in Sion East are completed the same day — usually within 2–4 hours of pickup. Complex repairs such as motherboard replacement or liquid-damage recovery may take 1–2 days. We'll give you an accurate time estimate during the inspection. Fujitsu Laptop Repair in Sion East — Xigox
Most Sion East repair shops handle Fujitsu the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Fujitsu technicians are trained specifically on Fujitsu Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Fujitsu work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Fujitsu component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion, Sion West, Dharavi and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Sion East. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Fujitsu Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Network Issue
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, we test whether the issue is the wireless card, the antenna connection, or purely a driver/OS setting — each shows slightly different symptoms — before opening the chassis to reseat or replace the card and its antenna leads.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Reseating (not just replacing) the antenna leads first, since a loose antenna connector is a very common and easily fixed cause of weak signal.
3 When You Need This
- The problem started after the laptop was opened for cleaning or a RAM/SSD upgrade — antenna leads are easy to dislodge during other internal work.
