Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Computer Casing Repair, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Computer Casing Repair in Colaba. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteDesk 800 G9, HP OMEN 40L, HP ProDesk 400 G9 and HP Slim Desktop S01. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
The HP ProDesk 400 G9 is HP's mid-tier business desktop line — sitting below EliteDesk, offering business features at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
The HP Slim Desktop S01 is HP's compact consumer desktop tower — a smaller-footprint alternative to full-size towers for everyday home computing.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Colaba are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. When it's HP Computer Casing Repair you need in Colaba, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished HP Computer Casing Repair — parts and labour both.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Colaba rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Traveling across town in Colaba is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Simply share your Colaba address, and our technician will pick up the HP from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Colaba residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
Your job doesn't end when the HP is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Colaba return to Xigox.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Colaba. We plan this repair for rapid turnaround. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Colaba home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Colaba, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Colaba.

Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your HP is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Many Colaba customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Every repair completed by Xigox in Colaba comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card every single time, so the terms are clear.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete job in Colaba? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours.
