Who repairs your device
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. A high-TDP HP in Wada generates significantly more heat under sustained load. Xigox matches the compound and cleaning approach to your workload: high-viscosity paste for sustained high-TDP applications, fan curve verification after the service to confirm temperatures stay within safe limits after HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Computer Workstation Thermal Paste Replacement.
