Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

We actively serve the entire 400078 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Road, our service coverage extends across Nahur and all surrounding localities. In addition to Nahur, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhandup, Bhandup West, Bhandup East and other nearby areas.
How your HP OMEN 40L gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Nahur; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Thermal throttling is the most common reason why laptops feel sluggish after 2–3 years. In Nahur, Xigox performs HP OMEN 40L Gaming PC Thermal Paste Replacement as a comprehensive thermal overhaul: top-tier thermal compound, dust clearance from all cooling vanes, fan service or replacement, and thermal pad replacement on VRAM and VRM modules — all in one visit under 3 hours.
There are many repair shops in Nahur, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Nahur.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Nahur, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Nahur.
