10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sahar repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP OMEN 40L — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400099 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Andheri East, our service coverage extends across Sahar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sahar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kalina, Andheri Kurla Road, Vile Parle East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Sahar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP OMEN 40L leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, our technicians check what your exact model physically supports (maximum RAM, upgradeable slots, supported drive interfaces) before recommending anything, fit the agreed components, and run a full stability and performance test before handover.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
