How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The HP ProDesk 400 G9 is HP's mid-tier business desktop line — sitting below EliteDesk, offering business features at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Dadar West need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Many Dadar West customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. Every repair completed by Xigox in Dadar West comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
