Most Saat Rasta repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Laptop fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, our service coverage extends across Saat Rasta and all surrounding localities. In addition to Saat Rasta, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Byculla, Jacob Circle, Agripada and other nearby areas.
How your HP Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Saat Rasta; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your HP Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair in Saat Rasta. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteBook, HP Envy, HP Omen and HP Pavilion. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP EliteBook is HP's premium business laptop line — competing with Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad, with a strong emphasis on security (fingerprint, IR camera, HP Sure Click/Sure View) and enterprise manageability.
The HP Envy is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
