How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The HP EliteBook is HP's premium business laptop line — competing with Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad, with a strong emphasis on security (fingerprint, IR camera, HP Sure Click/Sure View) and enterprise manageability.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Screen damage spreads if ignored — a corner chip today can reach the LCD layer within days. Our technicians specialise in HP EliteBook Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement for all laptop makes. We source panels with matching specs as your original HP — no colour shifts, no dead zones, no backlight bleed.
