Xigox handles HP EliteBook Laptop Keyboard Not Working for all major brands in Umroli, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Umroli. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
We accept all major payment methods for HP EliteBook Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Umroli: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Umroli Village Temple in Umroli get our fastest response times.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Umroli. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Free pickup also available in Umroli Station, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and surrounding areas.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 401606 postal area in Umroli.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Umroli. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Umroli (401606) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP EliteBook Laptop Keyboard Not Working work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 401606 postal area in Umroli.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Umroli, even when the answer means we do not get the job. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Keyboard Not Working
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- The keyboard works but the backlight does not, or only part of it lights up.
- Typing produces the wrong characters consistently — a sign of a damaged key matrix, not a software issue.

About the HP EliteBook
The HP EliteBook is HP's premium business laptop line — competing with Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad, with a strong emphasis on security (fingerprint, IR camera, HP Sure Click/Sure View) and enterprise manageability.
Key features
- HP Sure View privacy screen option on several models — a physical privacy filter toggled on-screen, worth knowing about before assuming a "dim display" is a hardware fault.
- Strong enterprise security feature set: fingerprint reader, IR camera for Windows Hello, HP Sure Start self-healing BIOS.
- Generally good build quality with a metal or metal-reinforced chassis across the range.
- MIL-STD durability testing on most generations, similar to Dell Latitude.
