Who repairs your device
Your HP Envy is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for HP Envy repair in Dadar that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Envy — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400014 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Plaza Cinema, our service coverage extends across Dadar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dadar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dadar East, Matunga, Dadar West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dadar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Envy does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The HP Envy is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A HP battery loses significant capacity after 500–800 charge cycles. In Dadar, Xigox's HP Envy Laptop Battery Replacement gives your HP a second life: genuine-equivalent cells, quick turnaround, and a verified capacity check to confirm you get the rated battery life.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Dadar, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dadar.
Your repair doesn't end when the HP is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Dadar return to Xigox.

Step 4 — this issue is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to your Dadar address with a quality report.
When should you consider it's time for the repair on your HP? Watch for: frequent freezing, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or dead pixels. Experiencing even one of these in Dadar, don't ignore them — delaying often increases repair costs. Xigox technicians can diagnose your HP within the hour and advise on the right the repair.

Many HP problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving driver conflicts as hardware repair. There are many repair shops in Dadar, however, Xigox stands out for this issue. We believe in complete transparency. Each issue begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert issue in Dadar.
Not sure what's wrong with your HP? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Your HP model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
