Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Rajawadi repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Envy architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Envy — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400077 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghatkopar Station, our service coverage extends across Rajawadi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Rajawadi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Tilak Nagar, Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Rajawadi. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Envy.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
