10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Govandi East repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Envy architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Envy — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400088 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion Trombay Road, our service coverage extends across Govandi East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Govandi East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Govandi, Shivaji Nagar Govandi, Mankhurd and other nearby areas.
How your HP Envy gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Govandi East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Envy does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
