We use genuine HP parts wherever available; otherwise OEM-compatible components.
Who repairs your device
Your HP Envy is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Parel repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Envy architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Envy models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Parel. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Envy does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Envy is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Water spillage is the #1 reason for keyboard failure on HP laptops in Parel. Even a small splash causes corrosion under the keycaps. Our technicians remove and clean the keyboard membrane, replace individual switches or the full deck. Keyboard replacements in Parel take 2–4 hours.
Businesses across Parel trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Parel workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.

Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your HP. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Accidentally spilled liquid on your HP? Liquid damage is one of the most common reasons for emergency repair in Parel. The golden rule: never plug it in! Call Xigox immediately. Our workshop uses ultrasonic cleaners to extract moisture at the component level. Our recovery rate is exceptional in the industry. In Parel, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished job — parts and labour both.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Parel, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Parel.
Not everyone in Parel can handle complex this repair. Xigox's engineers work on HP hardware every day specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Parel clients.
