Who repairs your device
Your HP Envy is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Poisar repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Envy architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Envy — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Poisar Bus Depot, our service coverage extends across Poisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Poisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kandivali, Kandivali West, Charkop and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Poisar. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Envy does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The HP Envy is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Gaming laptops and PCs demand specialist knowledge — consumer-grade approaches are insufficient for gaming-grade components. In Poisar, Xigox's gaming specialists handle HP Envy Gaming Laptop Webcam Repair for all major gaming brands: GPU failures, VRM damage, BIOS recovery, and overclocking configuration.
Not sure what's wrong with your HP? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Poisar will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.

Your HP model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Poisar residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
