Who repairs your device
Your HP Omen is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dahisar West repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Omen architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Omen models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400068 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Anand Nagar, our service coverage extends across Dahisar West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dahisar West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dahisar, Medtiya Nagar, Mira Village and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Dahisar West. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we test the port with multiple known-good devices/cables first to rule out a driver or OS-level cause, then inspect the port's solder points on the board — USB and HDMI ports typically fail from physical stress on the connector shell, which cracks the solder beneath it.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Cheap replacement screens fail within 3–6 months — colour drift, backlight bleed, and dead pixels. When it's HP Omen DisplayPort Repair you need in Dahisar West, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished HP Omen DisplayPort Repair — parts and labour both.
