Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Thane West. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. HP Omen Repair in Thane West — Xigox
Most Thane West repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Omen architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Omen models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Thane West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Omen.

How it's done
How We Perform Gaming Laptop Not Turning On
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Testing with a known-good, correctly-rated charger before concluding the fault is internal.
- A multimeter check of the charging port's voltage output under load, not just a visual inspection.
3 When You Need This
- The device won't turn on at all, with no lights, fans, or sounds of any kind.
- It only charges or powers on at a specific cable angle, or not at all even with a known-good charger.
- The charging light doesn't illuminate despite the charger being correctly plugged in.

About the HP Omen
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Key features
- High-refresh-rate displays standard across the gaming-focused configurations.
- Dedicated discrete GPU in every configuration — distinct from HP's general-purpose lines where integrated graphics are common.
- Omen Gaming Hub software for performance/thermal tuning — worth checking before assuming a hardware-level performance issue.
- More aggressive cooling than HP's non-gaming lines, given the higher-TDP components.
