How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we isolate whether the fault is the speaker hardware itself or the audio driver/software path by testing output through headphones and an external speaker first, then open the chassis to inspect or replace the speaker unit and its connector if the hardware is confirmed faulty.
