Who repairs your device
Your HP Omen is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Kamani's leading independent specialist for HP Omen repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on HP hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all HP product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for HP Omen models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Marg, our service coverage extends across Kamani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kamani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vidyavihar East, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kamani; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Omen does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians start with component-level diagnosis under a microscope — checking power rails, shorted capacitors, and damaged ICs with a multimeter and thermal camera — before any chip-level soldering work begins, since a wrong first guess on a board-level repair can turn a fixable fault into a dead board.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. IC-level repair and micro-soldering requires a very different skillset — precision soldering, flux application, and component-level diagnostics. Our workshop has a dedicated board-level rework station and technicians with specialist chip-level training in HP Omen Motherboard Fault Repair. GPU chip failure (reballing) is diagnosed but referred out — we advise on a GPU upgrade or motherboard replacement instead of attempting the reball ourselves.
Not everyone in Kamani can handle complex this repair. Xigox's engineers work on HP hardware every day specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Kamani clients.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Kamani is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Customers from Kamani with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single HP or a whole office. By trusting us for this repair in Kamani, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.

Premium repair shouldn't break the bank in Kamani. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your HP, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for this repair in Kamani now.
Your job doesn't end when the HP is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Kamani return to Xigox.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Kamani, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Kamani.
Arranging this job in Kamani is designed to be simple. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Kamani address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this job is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your HP is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts.
