FAQ
FAQs — HP Omen Laptop New Body Replacement in Sheetal Nagar
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Full laptop body replacement costs ₹1,499 to ₹12,999 depending on brand and material. Plastic bodies are cheaper, while aluminum MacBook bodies cost more.
Yes! We offer complete laptop body change service. We replace top lid, bottom panel, palmrest, keyboard surround, and bezel — making your laptop look brand new.
We use OEM genuine parts when available. For discontinued models, we source premium aftermarket parts or custom-fabricate them to exact specifications.
Standard body replacement takes 2-4 hours. Full body change with multiple panels may take 4-8 hours to ensure perfect alignment and fitting.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Sheetal Nagar. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers across Sheetal Nagar (401107) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Naya Nagar, Jesal Park, Beverly Park, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Sheetal Nagar. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 401107 postal area in Sheetal Nagar.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP Omen Laptop New Body Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Sheetal Nagar, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near LT Road in Sheetal Nagar are covered by our free pickup.

HP Omen Repair in Sheetal Nagar — Xigox
If you are looking for HP Omen repair in Sheetal Nagar that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Omen — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LT Road, our service coverage extends across Sheetal Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sheetal Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Jesal Park, Beverly Park and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sheetal Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your HP Omen leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop New Body Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Damage from a drop or impact, even if everything still technically powers on — body damage can progress and start affecting internals if left alone.

About the HP Omen
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Key features
- High-refresh-rate displays standard across the gaming-focused configurations.
- Dedicated discrete GPU in every configuration — distinct from HP's general-purpose lines where integrated graphics are common.
- Omen Gaming Hub software for performance/thermal tuning — worth checking before assuming a hardware-level performance issue.
- More aggressive cooling than HP's non-gaming lines, given the higher-TDP components.
