Yes! We offer complete laptop body change service. We replace top lid, bottom panel, palmrest, keyboard surround, and bezel — making your laptop look brand new.
We use OEM genuine parts when available. For discontinued models, we source premium aftermarket parts or custom-fabricate them to exact specifications.
Standard body replacement takes 2-4 hours. Full body change with multiple panels may take 4-8 hours to ensure perfect alignment and fitting.
We accept all major payment methods for HP Omen Laptop New Body Replacement in Wadi Bunder: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Free pickup also available in Dockyard Road, Chinch Bunder, Mazgaon and surrounding areas.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Wadi Bunder. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Free pickup also available in Dockyard Road, Chinch Bunder, Mazgaon and surrounding areas.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers near Mazgaon in Wadi Bunder are covered by our free pickup.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Wadi Bunder. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP Omen Laptop New Body Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Dockyard Road, Chinch Bunder, Mazgaon and surrounding areas.

HP Omen Repair in Wadi Bunder — Xigox
Most Wadi Bunder repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Omen architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Omen models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400009 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mazgaon, our service coverage extends across Wadi Bunder and all surrounding localities. In addition to Wadi Bunder, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dockyard Road, Chinch Bunder, Mazgaon and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Wadi Bunder; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Omen.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop New Body Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Damage from a drop or impact, even if everything still technically powers on — body damage can progress and start affecting internals if left alone.

About the HP Omen
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Key features
- High-refresh-rate displays standard across the gaming-focused configurations.
- Dedicated discrete GPU in every configuration — distinct from HP's general-purpose lines where integrated graphics are common.
- Omen Gaming Hub software for performance/thermal tuning — worth checking before assuming a hardware-level performance issue.
- More aggressive cooling than HP's non-gaming lines, given the higher-TDP components.
