Who repairs your device

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Shanti Nagar repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Omen architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Omen models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Road Station, our service coverage extends across Shanti Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Shanti Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Mira Bhayandar, Hatkesh Society and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Shanti Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Omen does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Shanti Nagar — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP Omen Power Supply Repair in Shanti Nagar — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP Omen Power Supply Repair is complete.
