10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Ambadi Road repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP ProBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP ProBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai, our service coverage extends across Ambadi Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Ambadi Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaman Road, Evershine City, Sativali and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Ambadi Road. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP ProBook.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The HP ProBook is HP's mid-tier business laptop line — sitting below EliteBook, offering business features (security, manageability) at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A HP battery degrades to 60–70% of original capacity after 2–3 years of regular use. In Ambadi Road, Xigox's HP ProBook Laptop Battery Replacement restores full-day battery performance: BIS-certified packs, 45–90 minute installation, and a post-service runtime test to confirm full mAh is delivered.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: honest pricing, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Ambadi Road customers value most: "Excellent this repair, done same day with genuine parts."
