Xigox is Teen Hath Naka's leading independent specialist for HP ProBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on HP hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all HP product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for HP ProBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400604 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghodbunder Road, our service coverage extends across Teen Hath Naka and all surrounding localities. In addition to Teen Hath Naka, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Wagle Estate, Naupada, Vartak Nagar and other nearby areas.
How your HP ProBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Teen Hath Naka; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your HP ProBook leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The HP ProBook is HP's mid-tier business laptop line — sitting below EliteBook, offering business features (security, manageability) at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Screen damage gets worse over time — a hairline fracture today can spread across the entire panel within days. Our technicians specialise in HP ProBook Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement for HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, and Apple MacBook. Every replacement display has the exact brightness, colour gamut and touch sensitivity as your original HP — zero quality compromise.
