Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for HP ProBook repair in Parel that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP ProBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Parel. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP ProBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The HP ProBook is HP's mid-tier business laptop line — sitting below EliteBook, offering business features (security, manageability) at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Chip-level work on HP boards in Parel preserves data in a way that board replacement cannot: your NVMe SSD stays paired to its T2 or TPM chip. A board replacement often requires OS reinstall and data migration. Xigox's repair-first approach in Parel means your HP comes back exactly as it was. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP ProBook Gaming Laptop Motherboard Repair in Parel — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP ProBook Gaming Laptop Motherboard Repair is complete.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Parel? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Parel address within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your HP is delivered back to you fully tested.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Parel rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Not sure what's wrong with your HP? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Parel residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Parel customers value most: "Excellent the repair, done same day with genuine parts." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Parel.
Many Parel customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
We know your time is valuable in Parel. Xigox plans the repair for maximum convenience. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Parel address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Parel, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Parel.
Every repair performed by Xigox in Parel comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
