Who repairs your device
Your HP ProBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Most Talasari repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP ProBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP ProBook fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
