Who repairs your device
Your HP ProBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gholvad repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP ProBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP ProBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401702 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Gholvad Chikoo Garden, our service coverage extends across Gholvad and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gholvad, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vangaon Market, Vangaon, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Gholvad. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP ProBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP ProBook is HP's mid-tier business laptop line — sitting below EliteBook, offering business features (security, manageability) at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Cheap replacement screens fail within 3–6 months — colour drift, backlight bleed, and dead pixels. Xigox Gholvad uses display panels matched to your HP's exact specification: correct nit rating, colour gamut, and touch response curve — backed by a written 90-day warranty. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP ProBook Touch Screen Not Working Repair in Gholvad — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP ProBook Touch Screen Not Working Repair is complete.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Gholvad comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Gholvad is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Gholvad customers choose Xigox again and again.
Many HP problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving software faults as hardware repair. Whether your HP has: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
Not everyone in Gholvad can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Gholvad clients.
Businesses across Gholvad trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Gholvad workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your HP model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Traveling across town in Gholvad takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the HP from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR.
