Every repair backed by a written 90-day warranty. Same fault recurs? We fix it free of charge.
Who repairs your device
Your HP Spectre is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for HP Spectre repair in Film City that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for HP Spectre models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400065 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Film City Road, our service coverage extends across Film City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Film City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Malad East and other nearby areas.
How your HP Spectre gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Film City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Spectre.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When the priority is getting your data back safely, our technicians diagnose whether the fault is logical (deleted files, corrupted file system, failed update) or physical (clicking drive, unreadable sectors, water damage) first, since these need completely different recovery techniques — logical faults use data-recovery software on an image, physical faults need controlled hardware-level work.
Typical time: 2–48 hours depending on damage severity
The model
The HP Spectre is HP's flagship premium consumer laptop — distinctive gem-cut design, premium materials (often copper/black or nightfall black finishes), and HP's best available display and build quality.
