Who repairs your device
Your HP Spectre is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dahanu repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Spectre architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Spectre models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401602 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Dahanu and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dahanu, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dahanu Beach, Dahanu Market, Dahanu Road Station and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dahanu. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Spectre does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Spectre is HP's flagship premium consumer laptop — distinctive gem-cut design, premium materials (often copper/black or nightfall black finishes), and HP's best available display and build quality.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. HP keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. For HP Spectre Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Dahanu specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed HP Spectre Laptop Keyboard Replacement.
